Problems of Electoral Campaign and Political Parties Financing: Conclusions and Perspectives is held on Wednesday, April, 17, 2002 from 10.00 to 14.00 at the central office of International Renaissance Foundation (conference hall - room 5, 46, Artema str.).
The round-table is held within the frame of 'Public Monitoring of Electoral Campaign Financing 2002' project. The project is implemented by the Secretariat 'Freedom of Choice' Coalition of Ukrainian NGOs and TI-Ukraine within the framework of All-Ukrainian Public Monitoring Committee's activity under support of International Renaissance Foundation and CIDA.
During the round-table the following points are envisaged:
presentation of public monitoring of using election funds by political parties/blocs on political advertisement in mass media
discussions on regulation of electoral campaign' and political parties' financing
discussions on the role and functions of NGOs in election legislation improving
