According to the Technical tasks (objectives), Project realisation includes following steps:
Concluding agreements with political parties and blocks about information access to their funding.
Working out a methodology of independent evaluation of direct advertising expenses of the candidates to a certain number of media sources, e.g.. TV, Radio, printed media.
Mechanical assumption of costs of advertising in a certain number of media sources, e.g. TV, Radio, printed media.
Collecting information declared by political parties regarding advertising expenses to a certain number of media sources, e.g. TV, Radio, printed media.
Elaborating comparative data about declared and actual advertising expenses of the election process participants made using information provided by independent monitoring agency and participants of the election process.
Announcing monitoring results by the project organisers to a wide range of audience, media outlets, NGOs, political parties, international organisations and other interested institutions.
